    Construction general

    Anyone at the site shall be provided with such suitable and appropriate personal protective equipment, protective clothing and accessories (including, where appropriate, caps, gloves, leggings, eye and ear protection, footwear and protective ointment) as will protect him or her from risk of harm or injury.

    Every employer shall at his or her own expense furnish and maintain at the place of employment equipment and facilities for the rendering of first aid to his or her employees
